April 14, 2025 - Concerned citizens have provided the details of these upcoming protests, rallies, marches, etc, to guerrilla journalist, Jacki Krumnow, via DM’s on Instagram and TikTok. All content is provided and linked back where there are additional resources for the reader to obtain more details and make their own decision on attending said events.
In no way does Now Marketing, Now News, or Jacki Krumnow, endorse any of these organizations or events. Krumnow, is merely providing public knowledge in one place for easy access to individuals who may want to learn more and become better informed. As a concerned citizen reading this, please make your own informed decisions. This article was written with multiple individuals asking for such a resource for the state of MICHIGAN.
There are more resources out there, Krumnow does not claim to have everything for every state. That being said, the next day of NATIONAL PROTEST across the country will be listed first - from public information online, by the 50501 Movement. That will be highlighted first, with the rest submitted by concerned citizens in chronological order of event. Other people, can stand up and do the exact same thing I am doing. Compile details, research, provide links, and inform the public, where ever YOU are from, be it another city or state, and disperse the news.
We can do this together, all content published in this article was found online, PUBLICALLY, and provided by concerned citizens reaching out, asking for coverage, who am I to deny them.

Michigan State Capital Protest Permit Pulls
Krumnow crafts this list from her own research or stated by concerned citizens reaching out. She updates when she can, and some do not get full video reel coverage if it is too short notice, but can also usually be seen in her IG Stories.
Another great resource, for concerned citizens to use if Michigan State Capital where they list ALL upcoming organization actions have protests pulled. Unfortunately, Krumnow doesn’t have the time to be able to list or back link ALL of these.

New Listicle Format
As more and more protests have been popping up around the state of Michigan, it has become far too big of a time commitment to insert every image, title, date, and “about event” to the growing list. Below you’ll see a handful that we were able to compile before things, got, a little… too big and messy to handle. Moving forward these monthly lists will include locations, times, and LINKS to the pages promoting them more.
If there is a protest out there that people are trying to promote, and there is NO backlink for more people to learn about, they will be dropped in the photo gallery at the end.
I try and pride myself on providing link backed articles so individuals can remain informed and make their own decision on attending local Michigan protests, marches, clean ups, and activation dates.
April has been MESSY with mis information about April 19th which is why I’ve been taking so long to update this list.

This is like the very successful bridge takeovers y'all helped lead!
50501 National is calling for a day of ACTION- and when they do, each state has the autonomy to decide what that action looks like.
After listening to the people (yes, YOU) and connecting with other orgs who already have clean-ups planned for that day, we've decided to put our feet to the streets and our hands to the Earth.
We'll march before or to the clean-up sites-whatever works best for you and your community.
April 19th kicks off National Park Week and leads into Earth Day, making it the perfect time to take action together.
This is about building community in our own cities, not just gathering in one central protest. Let's amplify the work that's already happening and show up to local clean-ups in NUMBERS!
YOU will take the lead on this.
Find a clean-up in your area and connect with the organizers.
Then, coordinate the marching portion however it works best for your group. We'll have a form for you to fill out so we can add your event to our Linktree, just like we did for the bridge takeovers.
Let's show up for each other!!

Concerned citizens are stepping up and organizing things every day. If you’ve heard of another event happening, DM them to Krumnow on social media platform. If you don’t get a response within 12-24 hours, please comment on content. We are continuing to go viral every day right now. This included platforms “hiding” messages or hate DM’s and comments in places that can create problems on social media.
This is a new space to receive and distribute news. As we grow and get our bearings, we will continue to find other ways to distribute information. Weather that is a youtube channel, substack, email newsletter etc. It will take some time to get these things going out there and ready.
Especially backing up organizations, events, stories, etc with links for further knowledge. IG Stories will have most update to date, trending news, along with TIKTOK for less polished content. IG and Facebook will grow as we find a grove.
