March 27, 2025 - guerrilla journalist, Jacki Krumnow, took to scouring outside of just DM’s for upcoming protests for April 5th, as the mass moblization day has grown outside of just Lansing the capital, large cities like Detroit. Through her research, she has found that cities, counties, small towns across the state are organizing for mass protests. Below is an ENTIRE list she found via HANDS OFF. The most she could find. With a LOT of clicking. It’s not the easiest website to sort through.

Krumnow crafts this list from her own research or stated by concerned citizens reaching out. She updates when she can, and some do not get full video reel coverage if it is too short notice, but can also usually be seen in her IG Stories.

This is a new space to receive and distribute news. As we grow and get our bearings, we will continue to find other ways to distribute information. Weather that is a youtube channel, substack, email newsletter etc. It will take some time to get these things going out there and ready.
Especially backing up organizations, events, stories, etc with links for further knowledge. IG Stories will have most update to date, trending news, along with TIKTOK for less polished content. IG and Facebook will grow as we find a grove.

ABOUT NOW NEWS & JACKI KRUMNOW: As of March 04, 2025, local Lansing influencer and concerned citizen, Jacki Krumnow, stepped up to begin covering local news that was not getting deserved media coverage. Krumnow is utilizing her voice & platforms while she still can to distribute local and nationally relevant news that is collected via guerrilla journalism tactics, and distributing the content known as NOW NEWS.
